💸 SUGAR RUSH | OFFICIAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all financial transactions and virtual currency exchanges conducted through the Sugar Rush Discord Bot and its associated platforms. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Sugar Rush provides a digital, roleplay-based delivery service. Because our services involve both immediate digital entitlements (VIP status) and manual labor provided by our fulfillment staff (Cooks and Drivers), all transactions are generally considered final.
2. VIRTUAL CURRENCY (SUGAR COINS)
Sugar Coins are a virtual utility used exclusively within the Sugar Rush ecosystem.
Finality of Sale: All real-world currency purchases of Sugar Coins are final at the point of delivery to the user's account. No cash refunds will be issued for unused virtual balances.
Tipping: Tips processed via the /tip command are considered a voluntary transfer of virtual currency from a user to a staff member. Once executed, these transfers are irreversible and non-refundable.
3. PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP (VIP STATUS)
Redemption & Activation: VIP status is a time-bound digital service activated upon the use of the /redeem command. Once activated, the service is deemed "consumed."
Partial Use: No pro-rated refunds will be issued for users who do not utilize the bot for the full duration of their 30-day VIP term.
Service Availability: While we strive for maximum uptime, Sugar Rush does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages caused by Discord, hosting providers, or scheduled maintenance do not entitle users to refunds or subscription extensions.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RULE VIOLATIONS
Sugar Rush maintains a strict standard for the content and nature of orders placed within our Central Kitchen.
Policy Violations: We will not issue refunds of any kind—whether in virtual Sugar Coins or real-world currency—for orders that violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Staff Safety Protocols. This includes orders containing prohibited language, attempts to exploit bot mechanics, or orders intended to harass staff.
Technical Fulfillment Failures: In the event that a valid, rule-abiding order cannot be fulfilled by either our manual staff or the automated 20-minute backup delivery system due to a system-wide technical failure, the Sugar Coins used for that order will be restored to the user’s in-game balance.
User Negligence: No refunds or credits will be issued for orders placed in error, orders for incorrect items, or orders directed to an incorrect channel due to user negligence.
5. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS & ACCOUNT BANS
Forfeiture of Assets: In the event that an account is sanctioned with a temporary or permanent service ban due to misconduct (including but not limited to exploiting, cheating, or harassment), the user forfeits all rights to any remaining VIP time, virtual balances, and pending orders.
No Compensation: Sugar Rush is under no obligation to compensate banned users for lost digital assets or active subscriptions.
6. INTERNAL STAFF PURCHASES
Performance Boosters: Internal staff-only purchases, such as Double Stats boosters, are conducted using earned virtual currency. These transactions are final.
Employment Termination: If a staff member resigns or is terminated for cause, any active boosters or earned balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CHARGEBACKS
Inquiries: Any concerns regarding premium transactions must be submitted via an official Support Ticket in our Central Support Server within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction.
Chargeback Policy: Sugar Rush maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through a bank or payment processor will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the user's account and a global blacklist from all current and future services.
Sugar Rush reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to ensure the economic health and security of the service.
